Our Mud Mixer is used primarily as a water supply for for our Pit Shot HDD drill & the Basement Buddy® Directional Drill, providing lubrication and cooling to the drilling head. In poor soil conditions, it can also be used as a mixer to create a bentonite mud compound; a clay solution which will help reinforce the drilling hole and prevent tunnel collapse.
