One of our business goals at Roddie Inc. is to provide the most reliable trenchless equipment available. Over the years, through iterative design and extensive field testing, we have come to achieve this goal and want to pass that success on to our customer base. We do this by offering the following warranties on new equipment purchases covering any machine failure that may occur during normal operating circumstances outlined in the Users guide. All revisions to the users guide apply from published date forward:
Two Year Warranty
-Applies to any new purchase at Roddie inc.
Along with our warranty coverage we also offer the opportunity to update your existing equipment to our latest version of the same model. We are constantly improving our already fantastic products through innovation and experience and don’t want our existing customers to miss out on these changes. For a fraction of the cost of a new machine we can outfit your existing machine with any new modifications you would like to take advantage of. We are currently offering the following updates for the products below:
Basement Buddy Updates
-Update the hydraulic cylinder to our new chain drive to eliminate restaging and improve push/pull force
The Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Roddie Inc. The Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. If any component of the returned product is missing, Roddie Inc’s Product Return Procedure will be deemed breached and Roddie Inc will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component, at its discretion.
Roddie Inc will not refund the original shipping charges to The Customer under this procedure if products are being returned under the Product Warranty policy. In addition, Roddie Inc will assess a 25% restocking fee against the Customer’s account on all non-defective returns for refund.
The Customer will not attempt to return any goods to Roddie Inc without making prior arrangements as detailed in the Product Return Policy.
